Interfacing Digital Envoy (CMCT 2500 & 2510)

In order to use the Digital Envoy in conjuction with the MIP-921, the MIP-921 E-prom may need to be updated. If your MIP-921 has a serial number of 1300 or greater, insure that the E-prom is version 6.1.5. If your MIP-921 has a serial number of less than 1300, insure the E-prom is version 3.4.2.

If the Digital Envoy is being used in conjunction with Altronix Systems Corporation's Cable Envoy Commux and Server, insure that the Commux has a version 3.62 E-prom and the Server has a version 3.40 E-prom.

Replacement E-proms may be ordered from HollyAnne Corporation at no charge. A refundable core charge of $25.00 for each E-prom ordered will be assessed. Please call customer service at 308-428-4705 or e-mail hollyann@cornhusker.net.
