E-Prom Replacements for MIP-921 & Cable Envoy

In order to continue to provide quality service to our customers, it has become necessary to impose a nominal charge for replacing e-proms for the MIP-921 and Cable Envoy's server and commux. Effective July 1, 2001, replacement e-proms will be sold for $150.00 each, freight included. Additionally a $25.00 "core charge" will be levied on original e-proms that are not returned within 14 days of receipt of the replacement. No charge beyond the "core charge" will be levied on e-proms that are within warranty and found to be defective.

For your convenience, we will accept your company's purchase order or you may charge e-proms on MasterCard or Visa. If a charge card is used, separate charge slips for e-prom and core charge will be created. If the e-prom is received by HollyAnne within 14 days of receipt of the replacement e-prom, the slip with the "core charge" will be voided.
